Job Opportunity

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be working in an Enterprise Service Management (ESM) team of software developers across multiple countries. The team focuses on developing ITSM functionalities, Service Catalogs, and business-related features in ServiceNow using Agile practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Development of core ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Event, Request Fulfillment, Knowledge Management) and Service Catalogs.
  • Technical evaluation of incoming requests for enhancements.
  • Peer review for fellow developers.
  • Acting as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Process Managers to discuss ideas for new services and maintenance of existing services.
  • Documentation of developed ServiceNow processes and procedures in Confluence.
  • Maintenance of ServiceNow.
  • Second-level Support (Incidents and SRQs) for ServiceNow users throughout the organization.

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Certified ServiceNow courses and a minimum of three years of professional work experience within process management.
  • Advanced English language skills (written and spoken).
  • Experience working in a corporate environment following ITIL processes.
  • An outgoing and positive personality that enables collaboration with different parts of the organization.
  • Flexibility and the ability to take initiative to ensure results are met.
  • Understanding of working in an international environment with diverse cultures.
  • ITIL 4 certification is appreciated but not required.
  • JIRA and Confluence knowledge is also appreciated but not required.

This is a mid-senior level position working full-time in Information Technology, specifically within the Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Storage industries.
