Administrative Assistant III

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant III to join its team. This role will be based in the DSWD Central Office, where you will perform secretarial, administrative support, and clerical functions.
Responsibilities- Assist in the conduct of physical inventory;
- Consolidate physical inventory reports;
- Prepare reports for submission;
- Provide secretariat functions to different committees;
- Validate Personal Property Item Pass Slip (PPIPS);
- Draft letters/memoranda and other communications;
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Division Chief.
To be successful in this role, you should have a completion of two years studies in college, one year of relevant experience, four hours of relevant training, and Career Service Sub-Professional/1st Level Eligibility. You should also be computer literate with knowledge on MS Office, have good written and oral communication skills, and be able to work harmoniously even under pressure.
