MERALCO's Learning and Development Associate will be responsible for implementing and evaluating learning and development programs. This includes conducting needs analysis, developing learning interventions, managing program implementation, and evaluating program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Needs Analysis and Program Design: Conducts needs analysis with line organizations to identify and analyze learning and development and performance improvement requirements.
  • Learning Intervention Development: Designs and develops appropriate learning intervention based on identified needs analysis.
  • Program Evaluation: Conducts evaluation of effectiveness of Learning and Development Programs using latest evaluation tools and techniques.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Works closely with stakeholders to design and implement learning programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of Psychology, Organization Development, Human Resource Management, Communication, or other related courses.
  • Work Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in training implementation, class management, and facilitation.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Ability to quickly develop level 1 proficiency in the WLP competency framework, excellent business communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
