About This Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for guiding design and architecture decisions, mentoring and training others, and building high-performing teams.

The ideal candidate will be able to code, review, deploy, and test software with ease, while also seeking information independently or within their team to understand complex integrations and challenges.

This role requires excellence in all aspects of software engineering and a desire to operate in a dynamic, rapidly evolving business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and train team members on new technologies and architectures
  • Guide design and architecture decisions
  • Build end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scale
  • Review and fix security-related issues
  • Lead teams and projects from inception to completion

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering
  • 5-10 years of core web apps development experience (front end & back-end)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills
  • Exposure to VSCode, Postman, Jira, GitHub, Terraform, Jenkins, and Docker
