Financial Systems Transition Manager

Job Description:
The Financial Systems Transition Manager at Wilserv Multipurpose Cooperative is responsible for overseeing and executing the migration of financial data and processes from legacy ERP systems to new platforms, specifically from SAP to S4 HANA and Microsoft AX to Microsoft 365 ERP.
About the Role:
This key position plays a critical role in ensuring seamless financial operations across various systems. As a seasoned professional, you will lead cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale system migrations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to migrate financial systems, aligning with business objectives.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and configure new system architectures.
- Lead training sessions for end-users on new system functionalities.
- Ensure that all migration activities are completed within specified timelines and budgets.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with system migrations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all project activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience with ERP systems, especially SAP, S4 HANA, Microsoft AX, and Microsoft 365 ERP.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger processes, and accounts payable.
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with international teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
