Visual Enhancement Specialist

At KITSCH, we're seeking a skilled Visual Enhancement Specialist to refine and perfect images using AI tools and traditional techniques.

This role involves working closely with photographers, designers, and the marketing team to ensure every image meets brand standards while maintaining efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Image Refinement: Utilize AI-powered tools to retouch, enhance, and manipulate product and lifestyle imagery.
  • Color Consistency & Correction: Ensure accurate color matching, lighting balance, and visual consistency across campaigns and product lines.
  • Workflow Optimization: Develop and refine AI-enhanced workflows to improve turnaround time without compromising quality.
  • Complex Image Editing: Remove backgrounds, clean up imperfections, extend canvases, replace elements, and adjust compositions using a mix of AI and manual techniques.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years in photo retouching or image editing, preferably in an e-commerce, fashion, beauty, or creative agency setting.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom.
    • Strong knowledge of AI-assisted editing tools and plugins.
    • Familiarity with DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems.
  • Creative Skills:
    • Keen eye for color, composition, and detail.
    • Ability to achieve natural and realistic retouching results.
    • Understanding of brand visual identity and how to maintain it.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
    • Organized and detail-oriented.
