3D Rendering Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and creative 3D rendering specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visualizations of residential homes, restaurants, educational institutions, and healthcare facilities. They will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences and deliver exceptional results within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce photorealistic 3D models and animations
  • Create immersive walkthroughs and virtual tours
  • Edit and enhance existing content to meet client expectations
  • Maintain consistent visual quality aligned with our branding and standards
  • Communicate progress and challenges to the project team
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, Autodesk 3Ds Max)
  • Strong knowledge of lighting, textures, and spatial design principles
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant 3D visualization experience
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in 3D visualization, architecture, or related field
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
