  • Expertly manage project timelines to meet approved schedules.
  • Proactively suggest enhancements to clients' online presence to elevate their brand.
  • Collaborate with clients to design engaging Homepages, Inner Pages, and Custom Requests.
  • Create aesthetically pleasing and functional designs that align with clients' needs.
  • Foster exceptional customer relationships through attentive service and effective communication.
  • Identify and resolve web project issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide regular project status updates to clients and management.
  • Coordinate with our Los Angeles office via phone and email to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Anticipate potential errors to prevent client support or sales inquiries.
  • Leverage Quality Assurance expertise to launch projects with minimal tweaks.
  • Review websites for potential issues and revisions to maintain high standards.
  • Offer responsive phone support and quality customer service to VIP clients.
  • Document customer requests and issues related to company products and services accurately.
  • Analyze customer needs, requirements, and issues, recording them via case management systems.
  • Leverage internal and external resources to provide resolutions and suggestions.
  • Set clear expectations with clients regarding turnaround times for services provided.
  • Efficiently escalate issues to the production team and follow up on tasks to meet deadlines.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS TO PROMOTE PRODUCT SOLUTIONS BASED ON THEIR NEEDS AND BUDGETARY CONSTRAINTS.
