Job Title: Global Digital Workplace Manager

As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the digital experience for our employees. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our people digital workplace tools, ensuring they are accessible, reliable, and meet employees' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Workplace Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital experience strategy aligned with business goals and employee needs.
  • Tool Implementation: Partner with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain our HRIS system, ensuring its accuracy, efficiency, and security.
  • Change Management: Lead the planning and execution of change management strategy campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to drive employee experience and promote adoption and self-service culture across the people services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • BA or BS degree in psychology, engineering, systems, or related field.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience leading HR Service Delivery Centers, HRSC, or Centers of Excellence, knowledge of compliance reports, analytics KPIs, SLA, OKRs, managing people, vendor management.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing digital employee experience (DEX) initiatives, strategies, and projects with a focus on creating immersive and personalized experiences.
  • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, project management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
