Results-Driven Account Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in Amazon Seller Central to oversee and manage accounts for multiple regional marketplaces.


The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing strategies to optimize product listings, enhance visibility, and drive sales on Amazon platforms. Additionally, they will be skilled in coordinating and collaborating with external partners, such as Amazon Seller Support and agencies, to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues promptly.


This role requires the ability to analyze and interpret data to drive informed decisions and achieve sales targets across all Amazon marketplaces. The successful candidate will stay up-to-date with Amazon policies, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitive positioning in the online marketplace.


Responsibilities include utilizing Amazon-specific tools and software for efficient account management and to enhance operational effectiveness. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to align Amazon strategies with company goals and initiatives.


The selected individual will conduct regular performance analysis, derive insights, and make recommendations for continuous improvement. They will also monitor and address customer feedback, product reviews, and ratings to maintain a positive brand image and customer satisfaction.


Another key responsibility is implementing strong inventory management practices to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize fulfillment issues. Promotional and advertising strategies will be driven to increase product awareness, traffic, and sales on the Amazon platform.


Ultimately, this role demands a solid understanding of eCommerce trends, algorithms, and best practices, particularly within the Amazon ecosystem. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is required. Experience in managing Amazon accounts is essential, as is in-depth knowledge of Amazon-specific tools and software.


A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights are crucial. Excellent communication and relationship management skills are also required.
