About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Worldwide Resources Solutions Philippines Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for building our team and driving our success through strategic sourcing and exceptional communication.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop candidate selection criteria.
  • Source applicants from online channels, including LinkedIn and professional networks.
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that accurately reflect the requirements for each position.
  • Compile lists of suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Maintain records of all recruitment materials, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with stakeholders.
  • Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals.
  • Develop long-term strategies to meet staffing needs.
  • Implement sourcing strategies, such as employer branding initiatives, to build pipelines for potential applicants.
  • Design end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Foster close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on labor trends, salary structures, benefits, especially in the healthcare and BPO industries.
  • Implement DEI and EEO initiatives in the hiring process.
  • Comply with DOLE recruiting requirements.
  • Utilize Recruitment Marketing techniques, including Google Ads and social media platforms, as additional sourcing channels.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Graduate of a bachelor's degree in psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, or a related course.
  • At least four years' experience in corporate recruiting in the BPO, RPO, healthcare, or shared services industries.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
  • Professional credential, a plus.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
  • Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solution, Boolean, and other sourcing methods to proactively source candidates.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
  • Experience in recruitment marketing, graphics design, a plus.
  • Articulate and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible, adaptable, organized, and able to work to tight deadlines where required.
  • Highly knowledgeable in MS Office 365 and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent analytical skills, problem solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • High ethical standards and adherence to confidentiality requirements.
  • Ability to handle a high work volume and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Willing to work onsite at Bridgetowne, Quezon City, during US hours.
