Job Overview

A dynamic Producer is sought to oversee video projects from conceptualization through delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and high creative standards.


This hybrid role requires a versatile professional who excels at storytelling and operational management. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will champion smooth workflows, inspire great work, and ensure effective collaboration across teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of video projects, including pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
  • Develop actionable project plans aligned with client objectives, based on thorough brief analysis.
  • Maintain detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
  • Oversee production activities, including shoot planning, on-set supervision (where required), and post-production workflows.
  • Ensure creative excellence and consistency by conducting quality checks throughout the process.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing clear project updates, managing expectations, and leading feedback rounds.
  • Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.
  • Support team members, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes solutions-focused problem-solving.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee external partner contributions when necessary.
  • Track and report on project performance, continually optimizing processes for greater efficiency and impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset with excellent leadership and motivational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a calm and diplomatic approach under pressure.
  • Passion for creativity and storytelling, coupled with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in video production and project management within a creative agency or similar setting.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management tools.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative software is advantageous.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of AI tools is desirable, with an ability to learn and digest their features and benefits.
