About Onboarding Specialist Role

The primary goal of this role is to support daily operations in the Markets Client Data Team.

This team functions as a global hub, supporting Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, London, and New York. The team works closely with various departments including Pre-Trade Services, Sales, Relationship, Credit, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure efficient market setups and lifecycle updates.

Key responsibilities include ensuring data accuracy, systems setup, and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication skills are required for working with Front Office, RMs, Compliance, and other enablement function teams.

  • Tight monitoring of all workflows across regions to ensure timely completion.
  • Email request management: Regular reviewing of email boxes to complete requests within SLA/prioritization and zero outstanding at EOD.
  • Bulk Request Management: Negotiate ETA according to standard SLA for all bulk projects and complete without any SLA breaches.
  • Escalation Response: Demonstrate quick response to escalations and follow hierarchy while keeping Line manager and relevant management informed through email communication.
Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Ensure tasks are carried out within policies and procedures to avoid costs due to delays, compensation claims, operational losses.
  • Work efficiently with customers to elicit change requirements that are fit for purpose and recommend stakeholders for involvement in elicitation activities.
  • Adhere to established ANZ policy and procedures and display an understanding of project and program practices and governance.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of project and governance processes.
