Quality Assurance Position

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Analyst to monitor customer experience, assess associate performance, and provide actionable feedback to team leaders and managers.

Detailed Job Description
  • Score calls from 1 to 5 in different KPIs: communication, approach, resolution, improvement opportunities, and recollection of information.
  • Evaluate areas of opportunity for each teammate.
  • Provide timely written feedback to clients.
  • Create and manage a comprehensive QA scorecard form.
  • Develop an intuitive QA score dashboard to visualize teammate performance and improvement trends.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of Quality Assurance Analyst experience.
  • Superb communication and time management skills.
  • The ability to multitask projects, prioritize tasks effectively, work independently, and organize efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail).
  • A high level of trustworthiness and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • An attention to detail.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities.
  • The ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite Products.
  • The capacity to adapt to change and thrive in dynamic environments.
Remote Work Requirements
  • A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.
  • A computer with at least 16GB RAM and an Intel i5 core processor equivalent or above.
  • Noise-cancelling headphones.
  • A backup internet connection and power outage backup system.
  • Dual monitors.
