About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Multimedia Designer to join our Avaloq Academy team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality graphics, e-learning materials, and interactive content.

Your key tasks will include:

  • Producing engaging graphics, illustrations, and imagery that align with Avaloq's brand standards.
  • Transforming scripts into storyboards that effectively represent the content.
  • Edit and animate visual assets to create interactive e-learning videos.
  • Conducting peer reviews and providing feedback on teammates' outputs.
  • Creating interactive learning content, including software simulation demos.
  • Setting up and managing e-learning materials and courses in our learning management system.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in multimedia design, preferably in an e-learning or educational context.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of multimedia design projects.
  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
