We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Multimedia Specialist to join our social-first team. In this role, you will create visually engaging and dynamic multimedia content that captures our brand's essence and resonates with diverse social audiences. You'll work closely with strategists, designers, and content creators to develop high-quality assets that tell compelling stories across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Produce a wide range of multimedia assets, including short-form videos, animations, graphics, and photography for social platforms (e.g., TikTok, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts).
  • Platform Optimization: Tailor multimedia content to meet the unique requirements and trends of various social platforms, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
  • Creative Ideation: Collaborate with the social-first team to brainstorm and execute visually innovative content ideas that align with brand strategy.
  • Editing & Post-Production: Edit video and audio content to deliver polished, professional-quality assets while maintaining a fast-paced turnaround.
  • Trend Integration: Stay informed on multimedia trends, tools, and techniques, bringing fresh ideas and creative approaches to the team.
  • Asset Management: Maintain an organized library of multimedia assets, ensuring accessibility and proper usage across teams.
  • Brand Consistency: Uphold brand guidelines across all multimedia content while finding ways to push creative boundaries.
Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in multimedia production, video editing, or digital content creation, preferably for social-first campaigns.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in multimedia tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Final Cut Pro, or other relevant software.
  • Content Knowledge: Strong understanding of social platform trends and best practices for video and multimedia content.
  • Creative Vision: A passion for storytelling and the ability to bring ideas to life through engaging visuals and motion.
  • Photography/Videography: Experience with on-location shooting, studio setups, and using professional camera equipment.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical challenges and innovate solutions for complex multimedia projects.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Portfolio: A standout portfolio showcasing a range of multimedia work, particularly for social media.
