About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to prepare and file tax obligations for clients in Australia, including companies, individuals, and trusts.

This role requires guiding clients through their accounting journey and engaging with them during tax return preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate financial statements and tax returns for sole traders, companies, partnerships, and trusts.
  • Handle regulatory submissions such as Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT), Taxable Payments Annual Report (TPAR), and other compliance obligations.
  • Stay updated on financial and taxation regulations to ensure compliance across accounting and taxation services.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients to provide updates and address queries.
  • Ensure timely lodgement of tax returns, regulatory submissions, and other compliance documents.
  • Perform other accounting and tax-related tasks as assigned, including support for audits or advisory services.
  • Use accounting and tax software effectively to streamline processes.
  • Maintain high attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with Australian taxation standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years experience as an Australian Tax Accountant.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
