  2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Create and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and forecast future financial trends to guide decision-making.
  3. Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial statements to senior management and stakeholders.
  4. Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs and growth opportunities.
  5. Risk Management: Identify financial risks and work to mitigate them through strategies such as hedging or insurance.
  6. Compliance and Controls: Ensure that financial practices comply with regulations and industry standards, while implementing internal controls to prevent fraud and errors.
  7. Team Leadership and Development: Manage and develop the finance team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to perform effectively.

Requirements
  1. A degree in Financial Management or related field.
  2. At least five years of managerial experience from retail companies and related industries.

  6. Logical thinking with keen attention to detail.
  7. Good interpersonal skills.
