Transform data into actionable insights as a skilled professional analyst. We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and contribute their expertise in analyzing startup ecosystems, building dashboards, and streamlining reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze large datasets and financial metrics to uncover early-stage investment opportunities
  • Track industry trends, deal activity, and portfolio performance using advanced analytical techniques
  • Support research efforts for new markets, sectors, and technologies by developing strategic recommendations
  • Develop and maintain high-quality dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and market developments
  • Maintain and improve internal databases of companies, contacts, and industry benchmarks
  • Automate routine data tasks using Excel, SQL, or lightweight scripting languages
  • Assist in preparing reports, visuals, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support due diligence processes with data summaries and benchmarking
  • Collaborate with associates and partners to deliver data-informed recommendations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or consulting
  • Prior experience in startups or venture capital firms is strongly preferred; a demonstrated interest is a plus
  • Advanced Excel skills, proficiency in Python or R, and knowledge of SQL for querying structured datasets
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time)
