Job Overview

As a chemistry practice test writer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative questions that help students prepare for various professional exams. This is an online, remote contract role where you will work independently to develop high-quality content.

Study materials such as learning objectives and sample questions will be provided to ensure that your questions meet the content, format, and difficulty of real standardized tests. Your expertise in chemistry will be essential in creating accurate and relevant content.

Responsibilities:
  • Create a variety of question types that are clear and concise, based on project specifications.
  • Use provided study materials to write questions that align with the given content, format, and difficulty of real standardized tests.
  • Develop practice tests based on your subject matter expertise in chemistry.
Requirements:
  • A Master's Degree or higher, and/or up-to-date professional license/credential in Chemistry.
  • Knowledge and experience with the given or related exams, or at least 2 years in the field.
  • Excellent writing skills with correct English grammar and mechanics, and ability to follow directions.
  • Self-sufficiency, motivation, and responsiveness to feedback as an online contractor.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, and ability to respond to feedback.
