Lead Video Content Creator

We are seeking a skilled Senior Video Editor to join our team. This is a senior-level video editing position for a fast-growing beauty-meets-science brand.
- The ideal candidate will be experienced in creating high-performing social ads, with a deep understanding of direct response creative and performance marketing.
This role involves editing a wide range of performance-driven video content for various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and occasional high-visibility campaigns.
- Key responsibilities include working across vertical short-form ads and horizontal long-form pieces.
- Collaborating with the Creative Director and marketing team to concept, refine, and deliver assets optimized for engagement, click-through, and conversion.
- Incorporating performance feedback into rapid creative iterations.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of platform-specific trends, pacing, and storytelling styles, as well as experience with color grading, sound editing, and motion graphics.
To excel in this role, you should have the ability to self-start and take a concept from idea to final export with minimal hand-holding.
