Job Overview

This is a full-time remote opportunity to oversee the development, delivery, and performance of non-network managed services.

We are seeking an experienced product manager to lead the growth, efficiency, and enablement of services leveraging a diverse vendor portfolio.

About Your Role
  • You will establish strategic relationships with key vendors and distributors to drive service expansion, procurement optimization, and training initiatives.
  • You will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle for managed services across SD-WAN, SASE, networking, UCaaS, cloud, IoT, and hardware.
  • You will design and integrate scalable, vendor-aligned services by collaborating with engineering, solution architects, and support teams.
  • You will work closely with Finance and Procurement on pricing models, budgeting, and cost reduction.
  • You will champion a customer-centric approach by analyzing feedback, improving reliability and security standards, and serving as an escalation point for critical vendor-related issues.
