The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales efforts and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our Client & Sales Administration function.

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing diaries, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Handle customer and client inquiries, liaise with internal departments, and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist with the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and databases
  • Contribute to the implementation of sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency
  • Provide general office support as needed, such as ordering supplies and managing inventory

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or sales support role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office suite
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities
