Senior Team Manager

Role Overview:

As a Senior Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of researchers to deliver strategic and complex brand tracking programs.

  • The successful candidate will oversee the development of the team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
  • They will ensure timely and accurate delivery of studies, maintaining continuity across public holidays and leave periods.
  • Additionally, they will coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and managing a team of up to 10 researchers.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve team performance.
  • Ensuring effective resource allocation and optimisation of team utilisation.
  • Championing quality by reviewing research materials and embedding best practices.
Requirements & Capabilities:
  • A degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • 7-10 years of relevant quantitative research experience, with proven leadership skills.
  • Strong business acumen, adaptability, and resilience are essential.
  • Proficiency in brand tracking methodologies and statistical techniques is required.
  • Excellent project management skills and problem-solving abilities are necessary.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
