Effective Marketing Coordinator

This role is responsible for managing the firm's marketing activities, content creation, and vendor coordination. The Marketing Operations Coordinator will create engaging content for social media channels, website blogs, newsletters, and client updates.
Key Responsibilities:- Content Creation & Posting: Design graphics, write captions, and schedule posts according to the marketing calendar.
- Vendor Coordination: Work with vendors who handle paid ads on Meta/social platforms, website updates, and reel editing.
- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Implement marketing strategies and campaigns in collaboration with senior management.
- Proven experience in content creation and marketing coordination.
- Strong writing skills for blogs, captions, and client updates.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of SEO and social media engagement best practices.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and be able to create engaging content that resonates with the target audience. They will also possess excellent communication and project management skills to effectively coordinate with vendors and stakeholders.
