The Opportunity

You will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of multiple digital programs and projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our business goals. Your expertise in project portfolio management, Gen AI adoption, and strategic guidance will be invaluable to our organization.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement frameworks for managing our project portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and governance.
  2. Provide strategic guidance, share best practices, and develop tools for establishing a Gen AI Center of Excellence and services.
  3. Cultivate a culture of innovation, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members.
  4. Mentor project managers and support our project manager development program.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications in project management, digital transformation, innovation, Gen AI preferred.
  • Proven experience in senior leadership roles overseeing PMO functions related to managing digital transformation/Gen AI portfolio.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and relevant frameworks/processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an agile mindset.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and team building skills.
