Job Title: Exterior Cladding Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Exterior Cladding Specialist with experience in façade design and estimation. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of exterior cladding systems, including curtain walls, windows, and panel systems.

  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive shop drawings for windows, curtain walls, and panel systems.
  • Perform material and quantity takeoffs by reviewing plans and creating summaries in Excel/PDF.
  • Work closely with engineers to develop and revise designs and calculations.
  • Ensure drawings meet applicable codes, standards, and project specs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in façade design, including curtain walls, windows, and cladding systems.
  • Skilled in preparing shop drawings and detailed takeoff summaries.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Logikal Software, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of construction documents and architectural drawings.
