Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our mission to revolutionize global talent expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and illustrations for use across digital platforms and traditional media.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The ideal candidate will interpret client briefs, concepts, and ideas to develop original artwork that aligns with brand guidelines and communicates the desired message effectively.
  • They will create visually appealing designs for use on social media, websites, email marketing, and traditional media such as print and packaging.
  • The Graphic Designer will design and produce marketing collateral to support campaigns, product launches, and eCommerce promotions.
  • They will work closely with marketing, eCommerce, and content teams to ensure creative assets drive engagement, conversions, and brand consistency.
  • Developing templates and design systems that streamline campaign execution and maintain a cohesive brand look and feel is also essential.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates work for eCommerce or consumer brands.
  • The ability to create designs that convert in online retail environments, with an understanding of customer journeys and sales funnels.
  • Proficiency in illustration techniques, including drawing, sketching, and digital painting.
  • Strong skills in layout design, typography, branding, and composition.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Familiarity with Shopify (for storefront asset design and optimization) and Klaviyo (for EDM template design and campaign visuals) is highly desirable.
