Administrative Manager

We are Pacific Rim Innovation and Management Exponents, Inc, a leading organization in the industry. We are looking for an Administrative Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Financial Planning: Assist in the development of short-term and long-term financial plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans, including identifying business opportunities, assessing risks, and developing solutions.
- Team Development: Lead and develop the accounting team, including training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
Requirements:
- Must have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance-related courses.
- Knowledge and competency in accounting principles, accounting systems, and taxation.
Desired Qualifications:
- With 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a leadership role.
- With knowledge of accounting software especially Quickbooks.
- Must have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
