Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare Day-to-Day Bookkeeping Operations: Ensure accuracy and timely completion of tasks, including preparing financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
  • Manage Client Accounts: Ensure accurate and timely management of client accounts, including preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Provide Payroll Services: Provide payroll services for both US and Canadian clients, ensuring compliance with relevant payroll regulations.
  • Utilize Accounting Software: Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Gusto, Fathom, and Karbon to manage financial records, reports, and workflows.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping/accounting is required, with proficiency in QuickBooks and Xero.
