We are seeking an organized and detail-driven Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to process vendor invoices, manage payments, and ensure financial accuracy. Key responsibilities include:

  • Verifying vendor invoices with proper documentation and approvals
  • Managing payment schedules and ensuring timely vendor payments
  • Reconciling AP accounts and resolving discrepancies with suppliers
  • Maintaining accurate AP records and assisting with monthly closings
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience in AP functions, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
