Financial Operations Role
We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple entities and jurisdictions. This individual will be responsible for managing daily AP, AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment and accurate record-keeping.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate records and compliance.
- Assist in preparing P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Perform month-end close procedures, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Support VAT/GST, payroll, and corporate tax filings.
- Track expenses and recommend cost-control improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- 3+ years of accounting experience, with expertise in both Australian and US accounting standards.
- Strong understanding of IFRS & local accounting standards.
- Experience with Xero, NetSuite, or similar accounting software.
- Advanced Excel skills & exceptional attention to detail.
