Job Overview

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' products and services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections according to established schedules and guidelines, verifying that all processes align with client requirements and company SOPs and WIs.
  • Maintain effective communication with office staff and factory representatives to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare and submit accurate inspection reports, documenting findings and detailing recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in maintaining and controlling inspection documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with technical supervisors to verify inspection results and identify areas for process enhancement.
  • Perform various types of inspection services independently, adapting to changing situations as needed.
  • Lead and monitor inspection sites, ensuring coordination and alignment of reports in the absence of senior inspectors.
  • Provide on-site training for newcomers when required.
  • Report discrepancies or inquiries found during inspections to supervisors for prompt resolution.
Qualifications
  • Education: College degree is mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in manufacturing and inspection, with strong backgrounds in both areas.
  • Preferred Industry: Open to any industry.
  • Communication Skills: Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Experienced in manufacturing and inspection processes.
  • Leadership Skills: Leadership experience is desirable.
