Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Design Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, working on various projects, including store openings, renovations, and expansions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing projects from concept to completion, while coordinating with multiple stakeholders and partners to ensure smooth operations.

This role involves creating design concepts, producing CAD drawings and renderings, and managing project timelines and budgets.

You will work closely with the project management team to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed to the highest standard.

Gathering measurements, dimensions, and other necessary information for design layouts is also a crucial part of this role.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Project Ownership: Take ownership of various projects, including store openings, renovations, and expansions.
  • Design Creation: Create design concepts and produce CAD drawings and renderings for approval.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed to the highest standard.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Measurement Gathering: Gather measurements, dimensions, and other necessary information for design layouts.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Licenses and Certifications: Must be a Licensed Architect.
  • Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in Retail/Residential/Commercial Design up to Construction Management.
  • Skills: Proficient with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/V-Ray or similar, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Education: No specific education requirement mentioned.
