Creative Design Professional

As a creative design professional, you will be responsible for developing high-impact presentations, pitch decks, and case studies that effectively communicate the value proposition and capabilities of our organization.

  • Design & Visual Storytelling: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design visually engaging materials that resonate with global clients.
  • Creative Concepting: Support the development of new business pitches and creative assets by turning strategic insights and campaign ideas into compelling materials.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all design output adheres to our brand identity and visual standards across presentations and sales materials.
  • Template Customization: Adapt master templates and create client-specific versions tailored to industry verticals, audiences, and campaign needs.
  • Data Visualization: Turn complex data, research findings, and campaign results into clear, visually engaging infographics, charts, and diagrams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Business Development, Strategy, and Creative teams to design high-impact presentations and materials.
  • Support the development of new business pitches and creative assets.
  • Ensure brand alignment in all design output.
  • Adapt master templates and create client-specific versions.
  • Turn complex data into clear, visually engaging infographics and diagrams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • 3-5+ years of experience in presentation design, graphic design, or visual communication.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Google Slides, including adapting existing templates and building custom slides.
  • A strong design portfolio emphasizing presentation design is required.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is highly preferred.
