Job Title: MES Customer Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MES Customer Support Engineer to join our team. This role involves providing technical support and assistance to customers, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SQL databases, T-SQL codes, stored procedures, views, functions, and triggers. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to comprehend complex technical information related to computer software, hardware, and network systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Develop and maintain documentation for customer-facing processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of SQL databases, T-SQL codes, stored procedures, views, functions, and triggers
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
