We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Tax Preparer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and file business tax returns, including Form 1065 for partnerships and Form 1120 for corporations
  • Collaborate with clients to gather necessary tax documents and clarify concerns related to their business tax situation
  • Utilize tax software for preparation and analysis of tax returns, ensuring accuracy of calculations
  • Provide insights to clients on tax implications, deductions, and strategies to optimize their tax position
  • Review prior year returns and apply applicable changes to current filing
  • Maintain organized records of financial statements, tax documents, and client communications
Qualifications:
  • At least two years of experience in preparing business tax returns, especially for corporations and partnerships
  • Proficient in using tax preparation software, particularly for business tax filings
  • Strong understanding of relevant tax laws, regulations, and compliance issues
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with clients on tax-related matters
  • Able to analyze financial information and provide actionable tax advice
