Job Description

We are seeking a Career Accelerator to strengthen our client engagement and support initiatives. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional who wants to build a career in customer success.

The role involves conducting product demos, managing customer communication, supporting onboarding, and working with CRM software to ensure client satisfaction and adoption of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and walkthroughs for clients.
  • Support customer onboarding and ensure smooth product adoption.
  • Act as a key communication link between us and clients, ensuring queries are resolved promptly.
  • Manage client interactions, updates, and pipelines in CRM software.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align solutions with customer needs.
  • Collect client feedback and provide insights to internal teams for product improvements.
  • Track and report on customer success metrics, adoption rates, and overall account health.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year in customer success, client engagement, or pre-sales roles (internships considered).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to confidently deliver online product demos and training sessions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (or similar software).
  • Tech-savvy, quick learner, and detail-oriented.
  • Analytical skills to understand client needs and identify opportunities for value addition.
  • Proactive, customer-focused mindset with eagerness to grow in the industry.
