About the Role

The Accounting Manager will play a key role in shaping our accounting function and driving business growth through accurate and timely financial reporting.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the accounting team in maintaining a high level of technical expertise in end-to-end accounting
  • Develop and implement effective internal controls and accounting policies to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with management to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement
  • Mentor and train accounting staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Key Qualifications
  • CPA or equivalent certification is highly desirable
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in General Accounting and Financial Reporting
  • At least 2 years in a Supervisory/Managerial role
  • Strong understanding of PFRS and regulatory requirements
