Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve technical requests from customers via phone, email, and remote desktop connections.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems, often with limited information available.
- Document and track technical issues, including resolution steps and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with customers and colleagues at all levels.
