Senior .NET Developer

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying .NET applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Designing, developing, and maintaining .NET-based applications using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
  2. Implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing APIs, web applications, and backend systems.
  3. Integrating third-party services and APIs into existing applications.
  4. Collaborating with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration with user interfaces.
  5. Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
  6. Conducting thorough code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members.
  7. Working closely with product managers, business analysts, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver solutions on time.
  8. Participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contributing to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.
  9. Debugging and resolving technical issues, ensuring system reliability and uptime.
  10. Optimizing application performance and scalability by profiling and refactoring code.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Microsoft certifications in .NET technologies (e.g., MCPD, MCSD) are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in .NET development.
  • Proven track record of developing and deploying enterprise-grade applications.
  • Proficiency in .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C#.
  • Strong experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.
  • Hands-on experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React (optional but preferred).
  • Knowledge of database design and development using SQL Server or other relational databases.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
