As a key contributor to our organization, the Senior Associate will be responsible for applying business and technical knowledge to develop integrated solutions that address complex challenges. This role requires a liaison between customers, IT departments, and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and develop solutions to resolve technical or business issues, interacting with customers to understand needs and design processes.
  • Conduct requirements elicitation through facilitated sessions, assessing current capabilities and defining high-level requirements.
  • Establish scope, develop functional requirements, and communicate implications of new technologies.
  • Document requirements precisely for use in testing and development, ensuring clarity and traceability.
  • Translate requirements to technical teams, validate and verify requirements, and maintain traceability matrices.
  • Create and execute test cases for system integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Develop documentation such as user manuals, training materials, and process flows.
  • Train end-users and support teams on solutions.
  • Participate in quality reviews and escalate issues related to requirements changes.
  • Support UAT and production support activities, providing SME support and knowledge transfer.
  • Continuously seek process improvements and technical innovations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Relevant experience in Business Analysis, requirements gathering, and system implementation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Visio.
  • Experience in banking, financial services, or credit industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team environment.
