Sales Manager Opportunity in North America IT Market

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in the North America IT market.

This role focuses on managing existing accounts, upselling, cross-selling, and expanding customer relationships-not lead generation or inside sales.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle, including account strategy, solution selling, and closing deals. You must be adept at managing complex sales cycles and engaging with key decision-makers to drive revenue growth.

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing North America-based enterprise and mid-market accounts, focusing on retention, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Engage directly with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT leaders, and business decision-makers.
  • Conduct in-depth business needs assessments and position IT software solutions to address customer challenges.
  • Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closures with customers.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products and solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., solution consultants, customer success, and technical support) to ensure successful customer outcomes.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to provide valuable insights to clients.

Key Requirements:

  • 3-8 years of direct sales experience in IT software solutions, account management, or enterprise sales.
  • Proven experience in selling to North America clients in a quota-driven environment.
  • Background in selling ERP, CRM, cloud software, or business applications is preferred.
  • Strong ability to develop and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business, sales, or a related field.
