Responsibilities
• Lead AIA PH's digital transformation from a design experience perspective in collaboration with Digital Tribe and Platform leads.
• Evolve and contribute to best-in-class digital design systems that define AIA digital experience.
• Be responsible and accountable for the quality of Design Experience solutions and adherence to Design System.
• Design and build simple, easy, yet delightful digital experiences for customers, employees, and business partners.
• On-time delivery of UX solutions that meet AIA Group standards.
• Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams to execute best-in-class Design based on requirements and project briefing that deliver on both customer and business outcomes.

Requirements
• Bachelor's or master's degree in related fields or equivalent experiences.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experiences.
• Track record of creating truly human-centered, delightful customer experiences for organizations.
• Hands-on design skills with industry-standard tools.
• Organized, able to work with minimal supervision, flexible to switch rapidly between different projects and manage them in a timely manner.
• Experience within Insurance/financial domains is a plus.
