Senior Test Engineering Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software testing principles and be able to analyze requirements, identify potential issues, and provide solutions.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop test strategies that consider product risks and customer needs
- Apply a risk-based approach to testing and prioritize test coverage logically and consistently
- 8+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment
- Strong theoretical knowledge of QA methodologies, test types, and test design techniques
- Ability to self-organize, think critically, and prioritize testing efforts based on risk and user impact
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, issue trackers and test case management tools
