Job Overview

The Onboarding Expert plays a key role in the successful implementation of customers on Utility Management products.

  • Coordinate with customers to schedule the implementation of newly ordered services.
  • Verify customer-provided information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Deliver a consistent customer-focused onboarding experience.
  • Meet implementation deadlines as per customer agreements.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Implementations, and Account Management teams to support order activations.
  • Accurately forecast activations and maintain an up-to-date backlog.
  • Identify and escalate issues or risks to assigned implementations.
Key Responsibilities

Main Job Tasks:

  1. Coordinating with customers for product implementation.
  2. Ensuring accurate customer information.
  3. Distributing timely deliverables to customers.
  4. Meeting project timelines.
  5. Participating in team-based projects.
  6. Customer communication and onboarding.
  7. Error management and escalation.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree from any reputable institution.
  • Prior experience in software, utility management, or multifamily property management.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with deadlines and time management.
  • Able to work independently but also seek help when necessary.
  • Good understanding of different personality types.
  • Adaptable to new situations and flexible work arrangements.
  • Customer service experience and strong onboarding capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Utility management knowledge and work history.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multitasking abilities and adaptability.
  • Customer-centric approach and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of organizational efficiency and punctuality.
  • Familiarity with prolonged working hours and flexibility in work schedules.
