Key responsibilities include annotating data to help AI models align with human values, analyzing and improving grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of expert-generated training data and AI model-generated text, collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine and iterate data sets, and contributing to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipes.

To succeed in this role, you must have a Master's Degree in Linguistics and excellent English writing skills. Experience in technical writing or creative writing is an advantage.
