Job Title: Project Architect Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect Coordinator to join our team at DM Consunji, Inc. As a key member of our architectural design department, you will be responsible for coordinating and integrating technical activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Supervision: Maintain extensive knowledge of the scope of work for each design professional and subcontractor.
  • Drawings and Submittals: Review and supervise the production of coordinated drawings, shop drawings, and details.
  • Design Alternatives: Recommend alternative architectural design schemes and floor layouts as required by projects.
  • Engineering Integration: Review plans and integrate engineering elements into the design.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all drawings and submittals by the design team are accurate, coordinated, and submitted on time.

Interfacing and Coordination:

  • Coordination Meetings: Attend meetings with various design professionals to ensure accuracy of drawings.
  • Site Visits: Conduct site visits to check on the development of the design.
  • Interface Management: Interface with design architects, engineers, clients, and vendors to support project operations and resolve conflicts.

Document Management:

  • Document Control: Document accurately all changes made in the approved construction drawings in accordance with ISO procedures.

Safety:

  • Safety Compliance: Understand and conform with safety policies and procedures.
