Marketing Specialist Position

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled marketing professional to strengthen the brand presence of our Real Estate and Construction divisions. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving social media growth, analyzing market trends, and providing insights that directly support acquisitions, sales, and client engagement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create and manage engaging content across various social media platforms.
  • Develop and execute campaigns highlighting real estate projects, construction updates, and company milestones.
  • Track market and competitor trends, providing actionable insights for differentiation.
  • Generate weekly and monthly marketing reports, including social media analytics, engagement rates, and ROI.
  • Create marketing materials such as flyers, videos, newsletters, brochures, and presentations to ensure consistent branding across channels.
  • Collaborate with teams to design targeted campaigns that drive qualified leads.
  • Work with leadership to align long-term marketing strategies with business growth goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within real estate, construction, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and digital marketing trends.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools.
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset to assess data and ROI.
  • Creative, results-driven, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
