Sales Representative

 

Overview

The company is seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

You will engage with existing and potential customers, promote products and services, and drive revenue through consultative selling and relationship building.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact sales campaigns with globally recognized brands.

Key Responsibilities include making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, presenting and promoting products and services effectively, identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.

You will also maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity, handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally, stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and training.

Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous call center experience
  • Work from home experience
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up
  • Able to multitask and self-manage effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
